Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is concluded between the Seller, Mad Gold İmitasyon (madgoldimitasyon.com), and the Buyer, being the customer who places an order on the site.

1. Subject and scope: This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer through the site.
2. Product and price information: The essential characteristics of the products and their sales price including taxes are displayed on the order page at the time of ordering.
3. Payment: Payment may be made by bank transfer (Havale/EFT), cash on delivery, or credit card on delivery.
4. Delivery: Products are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo; the average delivery time is 2-5 business days. Shipping is free for orders over 5,000 TL.
5. Right of withdrawal and its exception: The right of withdrawal and its exceptions are set out on the "Return and Exchange Policy" page of the site; for hygiene reasons, jewelry that comes into contact with the body cannot be returned. The policy prevails for details. Return & Exchange Policy
6. Defective products: The Buyer is advised to inspect the package upon delivery. For defective or damaged products, return shipping costs are borne by the Seller, as stated in the Return and Exchange Policy.

8. Disputes: For disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees within the statutory monetary limits and the courts of Ankara, including consumer courts, shall have jurisdiction.
